Event Description:

Join Carroll College and Helena Leaders Network for Networking 101 on September 17th from 4-6 pm at Carroll College (lower cube).
ear from Carroll College Alumni, Alana Cunningham, and Anderson ZurMuehlen’s Business Development and Marketing Director Ali Mandell. They will discuss tricks, tips, do’s and don’ts when it comes to networking. The evening will also include a round robin where you can network local business professionals and also have the opportunity to set up your LinkedIn profile!
ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:
Ali Mandell recently joined Anderson ZurMuehlen, a Montana based CPA Firm, as Director of Business Development & Marketing. Mandell served as Marketing Director for a statewide community bank for the past nine years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism with a minor in communications from the University of Montana. Mandell has 15 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, and business development. She is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Helena, a Helena 20 Under 40 recipient, and a current Board Member for Helena Area Community Foundation and Helena Area Chamber of Commerce.
Alana Cunningham, a Chicago native, graduated from Carroll College in 2015 with a B.A. in Social Media Communications & English writing. She is also pursuing a M.A. in Communication Management with a focus in PR from the University of Denver. Alana currently is the Communications Director for the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce. She also owns a small digital marketing agency, Media Marketing Solutions, and coaches for the Helena Lions Swim Team. Montana has been her home since she stepped foot on Carroll College’s campus in August 2011, and couldn’t imagine a better place to live!
