The agenda includes presentations on financials through January 2026, an updated travel budget of $22,500, estimated funds by June 2026 year-end, and a refund list. Proposals scheduled for review include funding requests from Montana State University for pest and disease surveys ($107,727) and regional extension workshops ($9,288.40), REAL MT for program support ($7,500), National Genotyping Center for seed certification genotyping services ($25,000), HOLA MT for branded marketing in Latin America ($254,565), NPGA for targeted programming ($432,607), USA Pulses for market development and research ($2.5 million), among others.
