For Adults

Spectacle

This fall at ImagineIF Libraries we’re pulling out all the stops. Whether you are celebrating your ability to keep a secret, traveling back to the Jazz Age with a selfie station, or looking to the future with emerging technologies, you are sure to find a sight to behold.

Shred Your Secret

Have a secret that you’re dying to tell? Let it out without spilling the beans. Write a secret down on colored paper, shred it then add it to the mix. Throw that confetti into the air and celebrate the release! September 6-13

Trivia @ the Brewery

Enjoy trivia night every Monday at the brewery, with trivia questions provided by ImagineIF Libraries. Put your brain to the test! Kalispell Brewing Company - Mondays, 6-8 p.m.  

For Children

Let’s Dance

Bring your groove, add rock star glamour from our costume chest, and then challenge your friends to a Wii boogie showdown. Dance your way into the new school year! September 5-11

ONGOING EVENTS

Footloose Friends

Sing, dance, read and explore while also building social and emotional skills. This fun and interactive class is for toddlers and preschoolers who love to move! Bring your sense of fun for the included messy and sensory play that helps prepare children for future learning success. Caregiver participation encouraged. Especially for ages 2-4. Tuesdays, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

Super Scholars

With a special emphasis on independence and a focus on longer stories, listening, and taking turns, preschoolers in this class will gain skills they need for kindergarten success. Sessions will also include fun songs, movement and basic literacy concepts, as well as math and science exploration. Especially for ages 4-5. Wednesdays, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

Early Explorers

Share smiles, stories, rhymes and more at this entertaining and interactive class for infants and toddlers and their caregivers. Rhythm and repetition form a foundation for learning by strengthening language connections in the brain. Participants will also learn fun techniques for using books, songs, and rhymes at home. Especially for children from birth to age 2. Thursdays, 11-11:30 a.m.

For Teens

Teen Fandom Meet-Up

Are you a total anime nerd? Do you have a favoriteRiverdale ship? Write Avengers fanfic? This is the place for you! Connect with other teens and create art inspired by fandom. Especially for 6th-12th graders. This month: Mugs. Flaunt your favorite show, comic, film, book or game on a mug of your own design. Oven bake your creation at home the next day. September 5, 4-5:30 p.m.

Teen Maker Social

Tinker, create and make. Also, snacks! Especially for 6th-12th graders. This month: The Write Stuff. Start your school year of right by designing the perfect planner or journal. Bring on the stickers, collaging and washi tape! September 19, 4-5:30 p.m.
