City of Billings issued the following announcement.
The Mayor and Council have been invited by the Institute for Peace Studies to attend the 2nd Annual Tea Party and Hat Party will be held on March 21st, at 2:00 PM, at Rocky Mountain College Prescott Hall.
The cost is $20 adults and $10 for children with all proceeds go to fund the Festival of Cultures 2020. Tickets are on sale until Friday, March 13, 2020. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-Related business decisions will be made.
