On request by Senator Steve Daines, under the authority of S. Res. 116, 112th Congress, the following nomination was referred to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs: Kimberly Ann McClain, of Maryland, to be an Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, vice Leonard Wolfson.
