This 5 class series is designed to give you a solid foundation in understanding wine. This class is recommended both for those who are new to wine, and to those who have a beginner/intermediate knowledge level of wine. In this 5 class series, Vanessa will teach you how to taste and think about wine in a way that will drastically propel your learning as you continue on your wine journey. Seats are limited. First come first serve.
Classes will occur every other Tuesday from 6:30 – 8pm. The Bighorn will be closed to the public during workshop hours. In each class, guests will sample through 2-4 wines as we review the below outlined material:

The influence of a winemaker
How various influences impact a wine
What to look for when analyzing wine
Class 3 – Tuesday, March 7, 6:30 – 8pm
THE WHITE NOBLE GRAPES:
Sauvignon Blanc
Chardonnay Riesling
CLASS 4 – Tuesday, March 21, 6:30 – 8pm
THE RED NOBLE GRAPES:
Pinot Noir Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon
CLASS 5 – Tuesday, April 4, 6:30 – 8pm
