Kylie Barber has been appointed as the Grassroots Manager for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) in Arizona, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Senior Regional Grassroots Manager Jamie Cobby expressed enthusiasm about her joining the team, stating, “We are excited to welcome Kylie to NFIB. Our members will be well-served by her in-depth understanding of grassroots engagement and experience teaching people how to use their voices to make an impact.”

Barber emphasized her commitment to small businesses, saying, “Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and I am passionate about ensuring they know how to use their strong voice in policy decisions that affect their ability to grow and thrive.” She looks forward to engaging business owners with policymakers and advancing NFIB’s mission.

An Arizona native, Barber is familiar with the challenges faced by business owners in the Southwest. Her career has focused on supporting causes impacting communities and small businesses. Previously a candidate for the Arizona House of Representatives endorsed by NFIB, she also served as a director at a non-profit organization where she led coalitions and lobbying efforts.

Barber's background includes working on Capitol Hill advocating for bipartisan support on health policy reforms.
