City of Billings issued the following announcement.
The Council has been invited to attend the Mental Health Awareness Charity Ball "The Night of Enlightenment" on Saturday, August 29th at 6:00 PM. The event is sponsored by Elysian Mental Health Foundation. Tuff Harris, former NFL player and One Heart Warrior Foundation will speak, alongside of Tara Walker Lyons, (Tara’s Law for child victims of sexual abuse).
In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-related business decisions will be made at that time.
