The following projects in the northeast quadrant are currently on public notice:

• 20048 324 x 2 Neighborhood Certificate of Appropriateness (NCOA)
•  20096 Armory Hotel Appeal - Etha LLC 
• 20099 Armory Hotel Appeal - 5 West Residential LLC
