We received this from NorthTown Development regarding construction and the paving of Scenic Trail.
As many citizens may know the pandemic crisis has caused undue hardship in a number of areas in the City, which includes the NorthTown development on the City's north-side.
NorthTown construction and the re-paving of Scenic Drive was halted due to the pandemic out of an abundance of caution. We have spoken to the developers, and the new start date for completion is June 1st, with work proceeding over 6-8 weeks for completion.
