City of Polson issued the following announcement.
Notice is hereby given that the Polson City-County Planning Board will on Tuesday, the 9th day of June, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. in the Polson City Hall, 106 1st Street East, Polson, Montana, hold a public hearing for the purpose of a proposed major subdivision. Carey H. and Marie V. Gordon of Polson, MT are proposing to subdivide Lot 1, of Block 1 of Slack Villa and Orchard Tracts to create two residential lots. As part of the proposed subdivision, is a request for a subdivision variance from the front yard setback requirement for an existing dwelling on the property. The subject property is located at 725 Bayview Drive in Polson and zoned Low Density Residential. The subject property is outlined in 'blue' on the map.
The Polson City-County Planning Board will take public testimony and review the proposed major subdivision and subdivision variance. The Board will forward a recommendation to the Polson City Commission. The City Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 15th at 6:30 PM. Following public testimony, the City Commission will vote to approve, conditionally approve, or deny the proposed subdivision and subdivision variance.

The application is available for review at Polson City Hall, 106 1st Street East, Polson, Montana, 59860. The staff report and findings will be made available no later than Friday, June 5th.
