Neighborhood Council #8 invites residents to participate in the 17th Annual Ice Cream Social to be held on Thursday, August 20 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Memorial Park, 19th Street and 2nd Avenue North. Free ice cream and root beer floats will be available.
