City of Missoula issued the following announcement.
To learn what budget items Council members will consider each Wednesday at their Budget Committee of the Whole meetings, first visit the committee schedule https://www.ci.missoula.mt.us/1149/AgendasWebcastsMinutes . It is published on Friday afternoons and finalized at Monday evening’s City Council meetings. It includes instructions on how to participate in the meetings remotely. You can also e-mail comments to City Council members or leave them a group voicemail or comment electronically on the agenda item. A day or so before the meeting, Finance Department staff will publish documents and presentations related to the pertinent parts of the budget for that week on the Preliminary FY2021 Budget page https://www.ci.missoula.mt.us/2699/FY2021-Preliminary-Budget .
