City of Livingston issued the following announcement.
The City of Livingston Conservation Committee is looking to fill three (3) city-citizen positions for members with expiring terms and one (1) youth seat on the City Conservation Board. The purpose of this board is to identify opportunities for the City of Livingston to reduce costs and promote sustainable growth by implementing energy-efficient equipment, procedures, or systems, and incorporate renewable energy when feasible.
To be eligible for consideration you must be a U.S. citizen who is at least 18 years of age or (15-19 for the youth seat), a qualified elector, a resident of Park County, the State of Montana and the City of Livingston for at least 30 days, a non-felon of sound mind. Members will serve two (2) year terms based on the calendar year with the youth member serving a one (1) year term based on the school year (July-June). Current interested members are encouraged to re-apply.
