City of Great Falls issued the following announcement.
The City of Great Falls Finance/Utilities Department will be under construction for approximately 90 - 120 days beginning December 7, 2020. The Finance Department, Payment Window, and Utilities Customer Service will be closed on December 4, 2020, to relocate operations.
During construction, the Payment Window will move to the Will Call Office located to the right of the Mansfield Theater doors. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Payments can be made with cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Customers are encouraged to maintain social distancing while waiting in line. Protective glass will be installed to ensure customer and employee safety as well as providing a physical barrier to minimize the spread of germs.
Payments can also be placed in the drop boxes outside the Convention Center or inside the Civic Center beside the existing Utilities Payment Window. Additionally, customers can mail-in payments, pay online using the Citizen Self Service portal, make a bill pay payment through the customer’s bank, or pay over the phone by calling (406) 727-7660, x. 1 for payments, x. 1 for Utilities.
Utilities Customer Service will be available by telephone at (406) 727-7660, x. 2. Please direct all questions to Utilities Customer Service. The public’s patience is appreciated during the relocation and remodeling of the Finance/Utilities office.
