The following projects in Northeast Bozeman are currently on public notice:

• 20426 815 N. Bozeman Ave Renovation Neighborhood Certificate of Appropriateness (NCOA)
• 20424 320 W. Lamme Accessory Structure and ADU Neighborhood Certificate of Appropriateness (NCOA)
• 20319 Schwalm Studio Neighborhood Certificate of Appropriateness (NCOA)
