Phone Scam Alert 

Ravalli County residents are receiving phone calls claiming to be from Ravalli County District Court or the Ravalli County Sheriff's Office.  The caller will claim there is a jury summons or arrest warrant for the resident and solicit up to $750.00 payable only by gift cards.  

THIS IS A SCAM.  Ravalli County officials will never solicit money over the phone.  Anytime a caller solicits gift cards as payment, residents should be suspicious and discontinue the conversation.
