CITY OF LIVINGSTON: MDT announced today, City of Livingston does NOT have to pay back federal funds for an additional at grade-separated Rail Road Crossing at Star Rd.

The City of Livingston was notified by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration of their decision not to require a payback of federal funds given to the City for the underpass project at Star Rd.

CITY OF BOZEMAN: Cattail and Max Intersection Closure

Cattail Street is closed from 19th to 27th for construction of a roundabout at Cattail and Max Avenue.

Update for the week of October 19: Knife River will place the remaining road section near the power line as soon as the power line is relocated. Paving has begun and will continue on Aspen Street this week. Sidewalk forms and pavers will also be installed.
