Kim has been working in Human Resources for over 25 years and in multiple industries-- hospitality, medical, retail, mental health and nonprofit. She has expert knowledge of labor laws in many states, including Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona, California, Washington, Colorado, Texas, Ohio, New York and Virginia. Kim has worked for TogetHR Consulting for 3 years alongside Kari Gras.
Kim has her certification as Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Masters in Counseling, Bachelors in Psychology.
