The College of Letters, Sciences, and Professional Studies at Montana Tech is hosting the inaugural Tech Talks at Butte Brewing on November 17th from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Come enjoy a night of STEM and experience the exciting diversity of research in the college. Four faculty members will give 10-minute presentations on their research and answer questions in an open discussion format.
Topics include spillover and zoonotic pathogens, aggressive behaviors, microbes cleaning up metals, and biomechanics and running shoes. Admission to the event is free and open to the public. Refreshments are available starting at 5:30.
