The Montana Tech Copper Hill Choir’s fall concert, A Light On in the Dark, will be held Sunday, December 4th at Aldersgate UMC at 3:00 p.m. This semester’s concert will again be held in conjunction with the Mining City Choral Union, performing 13 pieces both together and separately.
The first half of the concert showcases the Mining City Choral Union, and the second half showcases the students in Montana Tech’s Copper Hill Choir with solos in between.
Along with several nontraditional holiday pieces, the concert also explores the roller coaster of this past year’s events and associated emotions. From beauty to mourning and ultimately concluding with a very special performance containing a message of hope for us all.
Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, and free for children 5 and under.
For those who wish to attend virtually, the stream can be viewed at https://youtu.be/bqrwXWKoIYY.
