Interviews with candidates for the position of superintendent of Target Range School will be open to the public.

 Before the interviews with the board members, which will be done individually, there will be three candidates who will meet with members of the community. After then, people will be able to make their comments public. At this time, Crista Anderson serves in both the role of principal and superintendent.

 Jeff Crews is serving as Alberton's superintendent at the moment. Robert Lewandowski has served as a superintendent for both the Colstrip and the St. Ignatius school districts. The board will meet on Monday, March 27, to consider and vote on various issues.

USnews.com provided an overview of Target Range School, which included information such as the fact that it is a public school and can be found in Missoula, Montana, in a setting similar to that of a small suburb. The total number of pupils attending Grades Prekindergarten through sixth grade at Target Range School is 433. 

According to the statistics provided by the institution, 51% of students scored at or above the proficient level in mathematics, and 61% scored at or above that level in reading. There are 14% of students at this school that identify as belonging to a minority. The ratio of students to teachers is 17 to one, which is significantly higher than the average for the district. 

In addition, female students make up 49% of the total student population, while male students make up 51% of the total student population. There are 26 teachers working the equivalent of full-time positions, and there is also one counselor working full time.
