MEASURES DISCHARGED PETITION

Motion to Discharge S.J. Res. 32

We, the undersigned Senators, in accordance with chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, hereby direct that the Senate Committee on Finance be discharged from further consideration of S.J. Res. 32, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services relating to ``Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination'', and, further, that the joint resolution be immediately placed upon the Legislative Calendar under General Orders.
